Year Round Shared PracticeIf you're happy to dive right in, you can join us for year round open level practice. Each Ten Week Season is carefully choreographed to cover your bases. So in the course of a year, you'll practice a rich repertoire of movements and learn a wealth of helpful practice skills.

New! Workshops on ZoomThese 45 minute online workshops will provide you with a helpful compliment to your weekly practice. They let you explore individual poses and techniques in a way we don't have time for in a balanced weekly exercise routine. Zoom workshops will be video recorded and available 24/7 to members of the Video Library

Walks in Great Linford ParkA bunch of us get together on the last Saturday morning of each month to enjoy a walk in the park together. We meet at 11am in the old arts centre car park, walk over to the Black Horse (dog friendly) Pub for a coffee, then walk back along the Grand Union Canal. It's really easy-going. Everyone's welcome. Let me know if you'd like to stay posted and come along now and then? Fran x

Light lunches at the WarblerAt the end of each Ten Week Season
come along for a relaxed friendly get together. Sunday Lunch at 1pm at the Warbler on the Wharf. Then enjoy a stroll along the beautiful Grand Union Canal. |

Fantastic small yoga practice. Great beginners class so you can start from scratch with regular classes to follow on. Fran is a fabulous teacher and you can put in as much (or as little) effort as you want in each class - there is no pressure or competition. Highly recommended to both new and experienced yogis x

...I could only attend Fran's classes for a while as I moved counties - which is such a shame. Fran has so much knowledge and her classes are very welcoming and nurturing. I was very impressed with the way Fran taught a range of abilities seamlessly in the same class - each of us being able to practice our own yoga according to our own abilities. Hopefully I shall move back one day and be able to practice with Lotus Leaf Yoga again....

"I really like the yoga itself but Fran was brilliant. Her instructions were clear and she demonstrated the poses leaving me in no doubt how to do them. I liked how she described the process we were aiming for of body awareness and she said at anytime a pose hurts or doesn't feel right for you don't do it. I liked when she said your body,your yoga so we can adapt the poses to suit our bodies.There was so much I liked about my Lotus Leaf experience and nothing I didn't like."
