Hello! Welcome to Lotus Leaf Yoga.
We're a small local group of like-minded people who enjoy practicing slow flow yoga together each week, in a peaceful space. We're mostly women, mostly 40+. Younger adults and men are welcome too! Our slow and mindful practice style accommodates a great range of abilities. We all value sharing regular weekly yoga practice, for our own reasons. Your Body : Your Yoga. Come and join us?
