Lotus Leaf Practice Membership
If you've enjoyed our beginners courses, you're warmly invited to continue your yoga journey by joining up as a member of our rolling weekly yoga practice on Tuesday evenings at the Quaker Centre.
Each session includes breath awareness practices, an asana sequence (the physical postures) deep relaxation and a short meditation. There's time after practice to share thoughts and ask questions if you'd like.
The sessions are open level ~ everyone's welcome. You'll leave feeling relaxed and stretched. And you can hold onto that nice tranquil feeling for the rest of your week.
How to become a practice member
Step 1 - make space
Check the Lotus Leaf calendar for practice dates and dedicate a regular time in your week to care for yourself with a positive new habit.
Step 2 - ask away
Send me a line with any questions you may have. If you're new to Lotus Leaf, it's best to arrange a Taster Session (£12) to see how you feel first. If you're ready to join now - please return the joining form below...
Step 3 - set up your standing order
£30 on the 1st of each month to Lotus Leaf Yoga

Step 5 - Arrive!
Just make it over to the Quaker Centre each week and relax.
