• Keep practicing your spinal warm ups and Sun Salutations. Start to feel more familiar with these movements, as you continue your yoga journey.
• Learn 5 new classic foundation postures (or ‘asanas’ ) to develop your asana repertoire : Warrior I, Warrior II, Warrior III, Reclining Warrior and Extended Side Angle
• Explore the skill of refining each pose to suit your individual body. So you find the variation of each pose that works best for you.
• Leave each session feeling peaceful, relaxed and stretched.
