Still it can be more fruitful to think of it like a favourite article of clothing. A shape you wear sometimes. Because you love how it feels to put it on, you know it suits you. And it reflects your own nature in a comfortable, authentic way. That's why it's so important to explore variations in every pose to find the right colour and fit of the 'garment' for you.
They help you to increase your confidence and skill in the craft of yoga posture practice.
Following a short demo, I move off my mat to observe participants for the remainder of the session and respond with light tips and suggestions.
Asana workshops run straight after flow practices, so you can combine them conveniently in a single morning’s practice if you want.
