About the sequence
This slow mindful practice begins with a series of awareness practices lying down on the back in effortless rest position. From there, you'll come to sitting and move your spine gently through key anatomical movements: flexing, extending, rotating and side bending. From warming the spine, you come to standing and move through a smooth, slow-flow Sun Salutation.
• Exploring choices in how you support the weight of the ribcage between the shoulders on all fours.
• Exploring choices in how you balance the head, ribcage and pelvis over the soles of the feet in Mountain Pose.
